Terms and Conditions

1. Requirements

The driver must be 21 or older and present a valid driver's license, passport or ID, and a credit card or cash for the security deposit.

2. Bookings and payments

Your booking is confirmed with the deposit shown at checkout. The balance is paid before or at vehicle delivery, according to the agreed payment method.

3. Security deposit

A security deposit is held and refunded at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition and with no outstanding fines.

4. Fuel

The vehicle is delivered with a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Otherwise the missing fuel plus a service fee will be charged.

5. Insurance and liability

All vehicles carry mandatory insurance. Additional coverage is optional and detailed at booking. The customer is responsible for the deductible, traffic fines, lost keys and any damage not covered by the policy.

6. Use of the vehicle

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, subletting, racing, transporting illegal goods or driving on unsuitable roads without authorization is prohibited.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance carry no penalty. Later cancellations may incur an administrative fee.

8. VIP transfers

Transfer rates are fixed per zone and vehicle. Complimentary airport waiting time is included; additional waiting time may be charged.

9. Golf carts

Golf carts may only be operated inside authorized resorts by licensed adults. They are not allowed on public roads.
